The LF1 is a fully bound mandolin with a an aged hand-carved Swiss Italian spruce top.  It delivers all the chop, clarity, and projection you need for any jam, stage, or session. This instrument isn’t just built to play—it’s built to carry on a legacy.   

The Lafferty Vintage model gives a nod to the golden era of instrument building.  It’s 12 fret neck to body joint and double rosette give the vintage look while the raised neck joint and x bracing give it more volume than the original models from the teens and twenties.   This fully bound mandolin features an aged hand-carved Swiss Italian spruce top.  It delivers everything you need for any jam, stage, or session. 

The Lafferty Vintage F octave gives a nod to the golden era of instrument building.  It’s red burst and double rosette give the vintage look while the raised neck joint gives more volume than the original models.
